The Studio

Concentrating on giving the cleanest tattoo possible, INK Tattoo Studio offers a 100% sterile atmosphere with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

New needles are used on every customer and disposed of in an environmentally and sanitary manner.

Bi-weekly tests are conducted on all sterilizing equipment and submitted to Germiphene Canada in part with regular evaluations by the city’s health unit.

All the inks used in the studio are 100% sterile and vegan friendly.

Tattoo Aftercare Instructions

• Leave the bandage on for 4-6 hours after you get the tattoo.  You may want to show it off but it’s on there for a reason.
• Once the tattoo has stopped bleeding wash your hands thoroughly and remove the bandage gently.  If it sticks, wet it with warm water.
• With clean hands wash the tattoo with your fingers and mild soap (i.e. Dove), rinse and pat dry with paper towel or a clean lint-free cloth.  If you use healing ointments (vitamin A&D or vitamin E), put a very thin layer on the tattoo twice a day for two days.
• Apply a non-scented moisturizing lotion (i.e. Lubriderm) when tattoo becomes dry and flaky.
• Some scabbing and peeling will occur. Do not pick or scratch.
• Stay out of pools, lakes, hot-tubs and direct sunlight until fully healed.
